{"id":13418,"date":"2020-08-03T10:14:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T08:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.gsa-messgeraete.de\/gas-en-atmosferas-potencialmente-explosivas-sg350ex-y-sg5100ex\/"},"modified":"2025-09-04T12:45:22","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T10:45:22","slug":"gas-en-atmosferas-potencialmente-explosivas-sg350ex-y-sg5100ex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.gsa-messgeraete.de\/es\/gas-en-atmosferas-potencialmente-explosivas-sg350ex-y-sg5100ex\/","title":{"rendered":"Gas en atm\u00f3sferas potencialmente explosivas &#8211; SG350ex y SG5100ex"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los <strong>dispositivos de muestreo GSA <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsa-messgeraete.de\/SG350ex-Ex-II-1G-Ex-ia-IIB-T3-Ga-Dispositivo-de-muestreo-con-cargad\">SG350ex<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsa-messgeraete.de\/SG5100ex-Ex-II-1G-Ex-ia-IIB-T3-Ga-Dispositivo-de-muestreo-con-carga\">SG5100ex<\/a> han sido especialmente desarrollados y certificados para su <strong>uso con gases en atm\u00f3sferas potencialmente explosivas<\/strong> con <strong>el sufijo \u00abex\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando se trata de <strong>medir la seguridad laboral <\/strong>en un entorno tan peligroso, tiene sentido utilizar el <strong>dispositivo de muestreo GSA SG350ex <\/strong>o <strong>SG5100ex<\/strong> en caso de posible contacto con <strong>gases inflamables<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ambos <strong>dispositivos de medici\u00f3n GSA<\/strong> est\u00e1n equipados tanto para <strong>uso personal<\/strong> como <strong>estacionario<\/strong>, para <strong>medir sustancias peligrosas <\/strong>como <strong>gases<\/strong> en el \u00e1rea de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 son los \u00abgases\u00bb y qu\u00e9 influencia pueden tener en la seguridad laboral?<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definici\u00f3n de gas<strong><br><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algo se describe como <strong>\u00abgas\u00bb<\/strong> si la sustancia se encuentra en<strong> estado gaseoso de agregaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en condiciones normales, es decir, <strong>a 1 bar de presi\u00f3n y 20\u00ba Celsius<\/strong>. Esto significa que las<strong> mol\u00e9culas pueden dispersarse y moverse libremente en el espacio<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La base de la termodin\u00e1mica<\/strong> es el concepto de gas ideal. En condiciones normales (temperatura 0\u00b0 C, presi\u00f3n 1,013bar), un gas ideal ocupa un espacio de 22,4 litros por mol. Esto se conoce como volumen molar y forma parte de <strong>la ley de Avogadro<\/strong>.<br>La <strong>ecuaci\u00f3n general de los gases<\/strong> puede formularse sobre esta base:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Pp * V = R * n * T<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> p<strong>:<\/strong> Presi\u00f3n en Pascales (Pa)<br> V<strong>:<\/strong> Volumen en metros c\u00fabicos (m\u00b3)<br> R<strong>:<\/strong> Constante general de los gases 8,32 J\/(mol*K)<br> n: Cantidad de sustancia en mol (moles)<br> T<strong>:<\/strong> Temperatura absoluta en Kelvin (K)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizando la <strong>ecuaci\u00f3n general de los gases<\/strong>, se pueden deducir las <strong>leyes de los gases<\/strong> (por ejemplo, Gay-Lussac) y <strong>transferirlas a los gases reales<\/strong>. Por ejemplo, <strong>se puede calcular el volumen necesario de un gas para una reacci\u00f3n (proceso de trabajo)<\/strong>. <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Peligro por gases durante el trabajo  <br><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el <strong>\u00e1rea de trabajo<\/strong>, el <strong>contacto con gases<\/strong> puede tener varias causas. Puede <strong>formar parte del proceso de trabajo <\/strong>o de<strong> producci\u00f3n<\/strong> o surgir como <strong>subproducto o residuo<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ambos casos, la presencia de gases es conocida y requiere <strong>una manipulaci\u00f3n segura<\/strong>. Si se utilizan bombonas de gas a presi\u00f3n, s\u00f3lo deben ser utilizadas por <strong>el personal designado<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n debe garantizarse <strong>un almacenamiento adecuado<\/strong> (sin luz solar directa, protegido contra ca\u00eddas).  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al utilizarlo, abre siempre la v\u00e1lvula lentamente y con la mano (sin alicates ni similares). Una vez extra\u00eddo el gas, los recipientes de gas deben volver a cerrarse. La <strong>norma DIN EN 1089-3<\/strong> especifica la <strong>codificaci\u00f3n por colores de los recipientes de gas<\/strong> para que el contenido pueda identificarse a primera vista.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ejemplos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tapa blanca: Ox\u00edgeno (t\u00e9cnico); O<sub>2<\/sub><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tap\u00f3n gris: di\u00f3xido de carbono; CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capuch\u00f3n marr\u00f3n: Helio; H<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si <strong>los gases se utilizan con fines t\u00e9cnicos<\/strong>, los <strong>recipientes<\/strong> <strong>a presi\u00f3n<\/strong> son <strong>grises<\/strong>; si se <strong>utilizan con fines m\u00e9dicos<\/strong> (por ejemplo, \u00f3xido nitroso como anest\u00e9sico), los <strong>recipientes son blancos<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Riesgos para la salud debidos a diferentes gases<br><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>riesgo para la salud<\/strong> que plantea un gas es <strong>espec\u00edfico de cada sustancia<\/strong>. Ejemplos: Di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO<sub>2<\/sub>), nitr\u00f3geno (N<sub>2<\/sub>) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Gases promotores del fuego:<\/em><\/strong> Favorecen y aceleran la combusti\u00f3n, ejemplos: \u00d3xido nitroso (N<sub>2<\/sub>O), ox\u00edgeno (O<sub>2<\/sub>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Gases inflamables:<\/em> <\/strong>son inflamables y arden, pueden provocar explosiones en contacto con <sub>O2<\/sub> o fuente de ignici\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Gases t\u00f3xicos:<\/em><\/strong> Son t\u00f3xicos en contacto con el organismo (y el medio ambiente) y pueden provocar la muerte, dependiendo de la concentraci\u00f3n y la exposici\u00f3n<br><br><br><strong>Las medidas de seguridad laboral se aplican cuando se utilizan gases<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si es necesario <strong>utilizar gases<\/strong> en el <strong>\u00e1rea de trabajo<\/strong>, deben observarse diversas <strong>medidas de seguridad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los <strong>pictogramas del SGA<\/strong> en las botellas de gas indican los <strong>peligros<\/strong>. Deben adoptarse y cumplirse las medidas de seguridad correspondientes.
