{"id":15551,"date":"2020-08-03T10:14:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-03T08:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.gsa-messgeraete.de\/gaz-en-atmospheres-explosibles-sg350ex-et-sg5100ex\/"},"modified":"2026-03-05T09:15:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-05T08:15:31","slug":"gaz-en-atmospheres-explosibles-sg350ex-et-sg5100ex","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.gsa-messgeraete.de\/fr\/gaz-en-atmospheres-explosibles-sg350ex-et-sg5100ex\/","title":{"rendered":"Gaz en atmosph\u00e8res explosibles &#8211; SG350ex et SG5100ex"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>\u00e9chantillonneurs <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsa-messgeraete.de\/SG350ex-SG-350-ex-350ex-sampler-charger-guide-attachment-TDS-tubes\">SG350ex<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsa-messgeraete.de\/SG5100ex-sampler-incl-charger\">SG5100ex<\/a> <strong>de GSA <\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us et certifi\u00e9s pour <strong>une utilisation avec du gaz dans des zones \u00e0 risque d&rsquo;explosion<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur <strong>suffixe \u00ab\u00a0ex\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de <strong>mesurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail <\/strong>dans un tel environnement dangereux, l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9chantillonneur GSA SG350ex <\/strong>ou <strong>SG5100ex<\/strong> est recommand\u00e9e en cas de contact potentiel avec <strong>des gaz inflammables<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux <strong>appareils de mesure GSA<\/strong> sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour une <strong>utilisation<\/strong> <strong>personnelle<\/strong> et <strong>stationnaire<\/strong> pour la <strong>mesure de substances dangereuses <\/strong>telles que <strong>le gaz<\/strong> sur le lieu de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que sont les \u00ab\u00a0gaz\u00a0\u00bb et quelle influence peuvent-ils avoir sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail?<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9finition du gaz<strong><br><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On d\u00e9crit quelque chose comme un <strong>\u00ab\u00a0gaz<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb lorsque la substance se trouve dans un <strong>\u00e9tat gazeux<\/strong> dans des conditions normales, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire <strong>\u00e0 1 bar de pression et 20\u00b0 Celsius<\/strong>. Cela signifie que les <strong>mol\u00e9cules peuvent se disperser et se d\u00e9placer librement dans l&rsquo;espace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La base de la thermodynamique<\/strong> est la notion de gaz id\u00e9al. Un gaz id\u00e9al occupe un espace de 22,4 litres par mole dans des conditions normales (temp\u00e9rature de 0\u00b0C, pression de 1,013 bar). On appelle cela le volume molaire et il fait partie de la <strong>loi d&rsquo;Avogadro<\/strong>.<br>Cette base permet de formuler l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9quation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des gaz<\/strong>:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">p * V = R * n * T<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>p:<\/strong> pression en pascals (Pa)<br><strong>V<\/strong>: volume en m\u00e8tres cubes (m\u00b3)<br><strong>R<\/strong>: constante g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des gaz 8,32 J\/(mol*K)<br><strong>n<\/strong>: quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re en moles (Mol)<br><strong>T<\/strong>: temp\u00e9rature absolue en Kelvin (K)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9quation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des gaz<\/strong> permet de d\u00e9duire les <strong>lois des gaz<\/strong> (par ex. de Gay-Lussac) et de <strong>les appliquer aux gaz r\u00e9els<\/strong>. Par exemple, il est possible de <strong>calculer le volume n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;un gaz pour une r\u00e9action (processus de travail)<\/strong>. <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Risques li\u00e9s aux gaz lors des travaux  <br><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur <strong>le lieu de travail<\/strong>, le <strong>contact avec un gaz<\/strong> peut avoir diff\u00e9rentes origines. Il peut <strong>faire partie du processus de travail <\/strong>ou <strong>de la production<\/strong>, ou \u00eatre un <strong>sous-produit ou un d\u00e9chet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ces deux cas, la pr\u00e9sence de gaz est connue et n\u00e9cessite une <strong>manipulation en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>. Si des bouteilles de gaz comprim\u00e9 sont utilis\u00e9es, elles ne doivent l&rsquo;\u00eatre que par <strong>un personnel d\u00e9sign\u00e9<\/strong>. De m\u00eame, un <strong>stockage appropri\u00e9<\/strong> (pas d&rsquo;exposition directe au soleil, s\u00e9curisation contre les chutes) doit \u00eatre garanti.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de l&rsquo;utilisation, il faut toujours ouvrir la vanne lentement et \u00e0 la main (pas de pince ou autre). Apr\u00e8s le pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de gaz, les r\u00e9cipients de gaz doivent \u00eatre referm\u00e9s. La <strong>norme DIN EN 1089-3<\/strong> impose un <strong>code couleur pour les r\u00e9cipients de gaz<\/strong> afin que leur contenu soit visible au premier coup d&rsquo;\u0153il.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exemples :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>capuchon blanc: oxyg\u00e8ne (technique); O<sub>2<\/sub><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>capuchon gris: dioxyde de carbone; CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bouchon marron: h\u00e9lium; H<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas d&rsquo;une <strong>utilisation technique des gaz<\/strong>, les <strong>r\u00e9cipients sous pression sont gris<\/strong>, dans le cas d&rsquo;une <strong>utilisation \u00e0 des fins m\u00e9dicales<\/strong> (par exemple, le protoxyde d&rsquo;azote comme anesth\u00e9sique), les <strong>r\u00e9cipients sont blancs<\/strong>.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Risques pour la sant\u00e9 li\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rents gaz<br><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>risques pour la sant\u00e9<\/strong> li\u00e9s \u00e0 un gaz sont <strong>sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque substance<\/strong>. Exemples: les gaz d&rsquo;\u00e9chappement: Dioxyde de carbone (CO<sub>2<\/sub>), azote (N<sub>2<\/sub>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Gaz favorisant l&rsquo;incendie:<\/em><\/strong> Assistent et acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent la combustion, exemples: Protoxyde d&rsquo;azote (N<sub>2<\/sub>O), oxyg\u00e8ne (O<sub>2<\/sub>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Les gaz inflammables:<\/em> <\/strong>sont inflammables et br\u00fblent, peuvent provoquer des explosions en cas de contact avec O<sub>2<\/sub> ou une source d&rsquo;ignition<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Les gaz toxiques:<\/em><\/strong> sont toxiques au contact de l&rsquo;organisme (et de l&rsquo;environnement) et peuvent entra\u00eener la mort, en fonction de la concentration et de l&rsquo;exposition<br><br><br><strong>Des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail s&rsquo;appliquent en cas d&rsquo;utilisation de gaz.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si <strong>l&rsquo;utilisation de gaz est n\u00e9cessaire sur le lieu de travail<\/strong>, diff\u00e9rentes <strong>mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>pictogrammes SGH<\/strong> figurant sur les bouteilles de gaz indiquent les <strong>dangers<\/strong>. Des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre prises et respect\u00e9es en cons\u00e9quence.
