Ces r\u00e8gles <strong>concr\u00e9tisent les applications du r\u00e8glement sur les substances dangereuses. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une telle <strong>\u00e9valuation des risques<\/strong> est n\u00e9cessaire chaque fois que <strong>des polluants<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre <strong>pr\u00e9sents<\/strong> sur <strong>le lieu de travail<\/strong>. L&#8217;employeur a l&rsquo;obligation de prot\u00e9ger le travailleur contre un \u00e9ventuel risque pour sa sant\u00e9.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Le contenu des r\u00e8gles techniques pour les substances dangereuses &#8211; TRGS 400<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses r\u00e8gles techniques diff\u00e9rentes. Nous allons maintenant nous int\u00e9resser de plus pr\u00e8s \u00e0 la <strong>TRGS 400<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle s&rsquo;intitule \u00ab\u00a0<strong>\u00c9valuation des risques<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb et d\u00e9crit les <strong>Proc\u00e9dure de manipulation des substances dangereuses. Elle est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des TRGS suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>. <br>Nous commen\u00e7ons par d\u00e9finir les termes de base et les domaines dans lesquels ils s&rsquo;appliquent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le point essentiel<\/strong> est l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9valuation des risques<\/strong>, qui doit imp\u00e9rativement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l&#8217;employeur. Les polluants utilis\u00e9s, leur danger potentiel et les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre doivent y \u00eatre document\u00e9s. Toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires doivent \u00eatre fournies.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>TRGS suivantes compl\u00e8tent la base des TRGS<\/strong> 400. Par exemple, la <strong>r\u00e8gle 401<\/strong> d\u00e9crit les \u00ab\u00a0risques li\u00e9s au contact avec la peau &#8211; d\u00e9termination, \u00e9valuation, mesures\u00a0\u00bb et la <strong>r\u00e8gle 407 <\/strong>d\u00e9crit les activit\u00e9s avec des gaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;<strong>importance des <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">TRGS<\/span> pour la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail<\/strong> est \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> repose sur cette r\u00e8gle et vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les travailleurs contre les risques pour la sant\u00e9. <strong>Elle doit imp\u00e9rativement \u00eatre respect\u00e9e lors du travail avec des substances dangereuses<\/strong>. L&#8217;employeur est tenu de former les travailleurs concern\u00e9s \u00e0 la manipulation s\u00fbre des polluants et d&rsquo;indiquer les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 correspondantes ou de mettre \u00e0 disposition des \u00e9quipements de protection individuelle.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Analyses de polluants sur le lieu de travail &#8211; V\u00e9rifier les concepts de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les valeurs limites<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un contr\u00f4le r\u00e9gulier du respect des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est toujours utile. Ainsi, une analyse des polluants peut servir \u00e0 \u00e9valuer l&rsquo;<strong>efficacit\u00e9 du concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>. Une <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>mesure de la poussi\u00e8re sur le lieu de travail<\/strong><\/span> par exemple, indique si la <strong>valeur limite g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d&rsquo;exposition aux poussi\u00e8res<\/strong> est respect\u00e9e.
