Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un <strong>syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage<\/strong> sous licence utilis\u00e9, par exemple, pour les <strong>mesures de particules des fractions de poussi\u00e8res<\/strong> <strong>A<\/strong> ou <strong>E<\/strong> <strong>sur le lieu de travail<\/strong>, afin de d\u00e9terminer le <strong>niveau d&rsquo;exposition aux poussi\u00e8res <\/strong>sur <strong>ce lieu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mesure de l&rsquo;<strong>exposition aux poussi\u00e8res sur le lieu de travail<\/strong> est utile chaque fois que <strong>des valeurs limites d&rsquo;exposition professionnelle<\/strong> doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si une <strong>exposition \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re<\/strong> se produit sur le lieu de travail, il est <strong>du devoir de l&#8217;employeur<\/strong> de prot\u00e9ger au mieux ses employ\u00e9s. Cela passe par des <strong>mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong> document\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9valuation des risques<\/strong>. Les <strong>mesures de particules<\/strong> permettent de v\u00e9rifier le concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;optimiser si n\u00e9cessaire.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fonctionnement du cyclone dans l&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonneur FSP2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de la <strong>mesure des poussi\u00e8res<\/strong>, le <strong>cyclone<\/strong> int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9chantillonneur FSP2 de GSA <\/strong>s\u00e9pare la <strong>poussi\u00e8re en fractions individuelles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un <strong>cyclone<\/strong>, ou <strong>s\u00e9parateur centrifuge<\/strong>, sert g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 <strong>s\u00e9parer <\/strong>les <strong>particules solides des gaz<\/strong>. Le <strong>m\u00e9lange <\/strong>(par exemple l&rsquo;air ambiant charg\u00e9 de poussi\u00e8res) est introduit tangentiellement dans la partie sup\u00e9rieure et mis en rotation par son propre flux. La conception sp\u00e9ciale, le c\u00f4ne se r\u00e9tr\u00e9cit vers le bas, de sorte que le mouvement devient de plus en plus rapide. Les <strong>forces centrifuges<\/strong> ainsi exerc\u00e9es poussent les <strong>particules de poussi\u00e8re<\/strong> contre les parois du c\u00f4ne et les ralentissent suffisamment pour qu&rsquo;elles tombent vers le bas. Le <strong>gaz purifi\u00e9 <\/strong>s&rsquo;\u00e9chappe par le tube plongeur situ\u00e9 au centre du c\u00f4ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mesures de particules des fractions de poussi\u00e8res sur le lieu de travail &#8211; comment distinguer les poussi\u00e8res en fonction de la taille des particules?<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poussi\u00e8res<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Les poussi\u00e8res <\/strong>d\u00e9crivent des particules tr\u00e8s fines dispers\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;air et mises en mouvement par tourbillonnement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On distingue des fractions de poussi\u00e8res telles que les poussi\u00e8res A et les poussi\u00e8res E. Les termes d\u00e9suets de <strong>poussi\u00e8res fines <\/strong>(<strong>poussi\u00e8res A<\/strong>) et <strong>de poussi\u00e8res totales <\/strong>(<strong>poussi\u00e8res E<\/strong>) restent toutefois d&rsquo;usage courant. Elles se distinguent par la <strong>taille de leurs particules<\/strong>, qui est d\u00e9crite par leur <strong>diam\u00e8tre a\u00e9rodynamique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poussi\u00e8re A<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec un <strong>diam\u00e8tre pouvant atteindre 10 \u00b5m<\/strong>, la <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">poussi\u00e8re A<\/span> est alv\u00e9olaire<\/strong>, ce qui signifie que les <strong>particules de poussi\u00e8re<\/strong> peuvent <strong>p\u00e9n\u00e9trer dans les alv\u00e9oles pulmonaires<\/strong>. Elles peuvent alors provoquer une forte irritation et une inflammation du tissu pulmonaire.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poussi\u00e8re E<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fraction de <strong>poussi\u00e8re E<\/strong> d\u00e9crit les <strong>particules \u00ab\u00a0plus grosses\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> qui peuvent \u00eatre inhal\u00e9es, mais qui ne p\u00e9n\u00e8trent que dans <strong>les voies respiratoires sup\u00e9rieures<\/strong>. Cela ne signifie pas pour autant que le risque est moindre.
